The optical fiber sensor platform allows small inline sensors to be installed into sample tubing lines (1/4”), flow cells using NPT fittings, or directly into tanks or process lines using our retractable “hot tap” sensor design. BOS optical oxygen sensors are impervious to typical O2 poisons (H2S) and interferences (combustibles, magnetic, CO2 and H2) with high accuracy and long-term stability measurements without the need for complex or advanced sample conditioning systems. Electrical Safety Test Equipment
Making a product “safe” requires an understanding of “hazards” that exist in each electrical product. Electrical shock is one of the four fundamental hazards. Because of that, it must be a part of any product electrical safety evaluation. Even though a product requires an electrical power source and uses electrical or electronic components, it should not present an electrical shock hazard to the user.Ground bond or earth continuity testing prevents electrical shock hazards. Similarly to a fault to earth, test instruments generate a high current. The standard requires that the resistance between protective earth and any conductive surface on the equipment does not exceed 0,1 Ohm. The test is performed by applying a DC current between the conductive surface and protective earth. By measuring the voltage drop, it calculates the resistance.RMO-E instruments are ideal for testing the protective bonding (grounding) of equipment following the standard IEC 61010-1. Applying current up to the value of 100 A and the ability to provide in the Contin menu (continuous operation) test current for the pre-set test duration (equal or exceeding 1 min) gives a user a possibility to easily check the protective bonding/grounding of the equipment. The full load voltage of 12 V assures proper measurement and accurate result. Finally, an instrument displays pass/fail classification according to user-preset parameters.

We offer a full suite of software for spectroscopic data collection and analysis designed for users at all levels, and varying applications. Our standard BWSpec® spectral data acquisition software allows for easy collection of data from our Raman systems and modular spectrometers. It includes tools for instrument control for data collection and spectral manipulation. The raw data and corrected data are stored and can be easily viewed. Data manipulation tools include smoothing, baseline correction and derivatives. Data can be saved in different formats for use in additional application software. For spectral identification against Raman spectral libraries with a simple interface for immediate identification for verification with a pass/fail result, our BWID® software provides qualitative analysis. Users of BWID software can create their own Raman spectral libraries, or select from our numerous ready to use libraries. For identification with portable Raman in regulated environments, the US FDA 21 CFR part 11- complaint version of BWID can be used. B&W Tek’s unique see-through identification using the STRam® can also be done using the BWID software operating on the embedded tablet computer of the STRam system. For quantitative analysis, data collected with BWSpec or other packages can be imported into the BWIQ® multivariate data analysis software, offering a full suite of data preprocessing, regression and classification analysis algorithms. PLS regression models from the BWIQ software an be used in rel-time in our BWAnalyst software, for use with the QTRam , as well as in Metrohm’s Vision® software.
