Phantom Laboratory/QA Metal Detector
The portable and compact Phantom Laboratory Metal Detector is used offline to further examine rejected product from an in-line Large Bag or Gravity detection system. The Lab unit enables you to quickly filter out the metal contaminants and reclaim good product. Additionally, by isolating the contaminant QA can then determine the source of the problem and initiate corrective action. Equipped with a floor stand and castors, the Laboratory detector is easy to move from room-to-room. The ergonomically designed hopper offers a user-friendly means of hand-feeding product through its plastic pipe section. Two bins for Good product and Rejected product are also included with the system.

Contact Communication software utilizes a powerful SQL back-end to generate adjustable reports on demand. Results can be exported to Excel or PDF formats instantaneously. The data output provides fully traceable QA information detailing what and when something happened.

The Phantom IP69K certified Stainless Steel Pipeline system detects metal contamination in pumped liquids and pastes conveyed through its non-metallic pipe. The extra-rugged BSH casing enables the system to withstand the harshest production environments. Pipe material options include nylon, rubber, and Teflon wrapped pipe for higher pressure / temperature applications. The Diverter Valve reject system is typically used to divert contaminated product from the flow.
